We work on 12-month cycles of light-touch facilitated conversations to keep nudging you towards better.
Board Onboarding
We help busy Executive Teams to get their (new or existing) board members where they need to be so they can to deliver the most value for the organization.
We help design and deliver board onboarding and training, including the fundamentals of board governance on request. We bring the helicopter to help them see the forest from the trees.
Leader Coaching
